Pepper is a cutie who is hanging out at Petco on Merrimon just waiting to meet you. He was neutered as a feral because he was living outside. It is actually believed he was dumped considering where he was found so probably always the sweet soul he is. We do know he would like to be an only, the King of his castle. He met Sir Gary Floofton today & had the temerity to hiss at him. He did however decide he “outranked” Sir Gary as he is a self- professed King. Oh well, what cha gonna do? What you should do is come & meet him!
