Purchased Finn from an independent person, dog had a litter unplanned. He was 6 months when we adopted him. He is full of energy, loves to play and give kisses. He has been raised with two others dogs and a cat. He is gentle with other animals and gets along well with them. He is totally potty trained, no issues at all with that.
He has been around kids and can be good with them. His biggest issue is he is very stranger shy and it takes him a long time to get used to people. Once you are part of the pack, then you are good, but until then he is very defensive and barks. You can break through his defenses quickly by simply offering him a treat.
He also really gravitates toward his person and can be come pretty protective of that person. He has been known to nip at people to protect his person. With some time and training I am sure this could be quickly corrected. He is smart and very loving, he will give you all the kisses and hugs you want! A big lap dog for sure.
