My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet the loveable Lucy! This perfect girl came from NC and is estimated to be 4-5 years old, and weighs under 40 pounds. Lucy knows some basic commands and knows how to "sit pretty". Lucy has been getting lots of love in her foster home, but she is ready for a forever home of her own!

Lucy's ideal family would be one where she can have a couch and maybe a few laps to cuddle on. She loves to explore and go for daily walks, so a family that is able to provide her mental and physical exercise is required. Lucy also loves to play fetch with balls and other toys - she is hoping her new home will provide her with these toys she loves!

Lucy is currently in a foster home, living with another dog and a cat. She would be fine living with other animals in her new home, but she would also be content with being your one and only. Lucy loves everyone she meets including kids, she has been attending some fundraising events and loves to get pets from everyone that comes up to her.
