Meet Rosie, this sweet girl is about a year old and weighs 13 pounds. She is great with kids and other dogs, not sure about cats. Potty training is a work in progress; however, she does go on potty pads and goes outside when asked to go potty. She is available for Pre-Adoption only and will be spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped before her adoption is complete.
