My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scrappy is a 3-month old Beagle mix looking for his forever home. He currently weighs about 15 pounds and is likely to be a medium sized dog when he is full grown.  All of his siblings have found their forever homes and he can't wait to find his!

Scrappy's foster mama reports that he is a typical puppy - playful, happy, and friendly. He loves to play with toys and chew on bones. He also loves to run around in the yard.   Scrappy has made great progress with housetraining and he will go to the door when he needs to go potty.

Scrappy is good with dogs - he enjoys wrestling with his canine foster siblings. He tries to play with his foster parents' older cat. She isn't amused, so they redirect. Their other cats stay away from him. Scrappy is energetic, but he enjoys being a couch potato too.  He will cuddle, but prefers laying on the dog bed with the big dogs - or playing with the big dogs. 

His minimum adoption fee is $350 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
