Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Honey is a 2 year old Shepherd/husky mix female who weighs about 42 lbs.
She is a happy girl who spins in lots and lots of fast circles when you get home from being away from her! She walks well on a leash, is potty trained and crate trained.
She is extremely food motivated and a fast learner… given time to feel secure, she is good with dogs, pigs, goats! She would do best in a home without children, or in a home with an experienced family.
Honey would do best with a fenced yard for her safety so she doesn’t get scared and run off. She will eventually get out of this mindset with time and patience… but she needs to be watched while outside until she knows what home feels like.
She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, tested heartworm negative and microchipped, she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition.
She is being fostered in West Allis, WI. Her adoption fee is $400.
This pup's adoption fee will enable us to finance our program of readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we prepare, transport and adopt out in the northern United States. Our goal is to get as many homeless animals out of south Texas, where we have a severe pet overpopulation crisis.
If you are serious about this pup, please contact us at DogTrailRides@gmail.com. We take payments through Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or we can take card numbers over the phone and process them through Square. All of these methods provide a receipt.
