Minnie (born 9/18/2022) is a Shih Tzu / Terrier mix puppy who currently weighs13 pounds. Minnie is smart, friendly and sweet, but still needs help with housebreaking. Minnie enjoys making friends, playing with her toys and is looking for a home where she will get the good exercise, attention, activities and training she needs and enjoys!
We really appreciate that you want to give a shelter animal a home. The Humane Society of New York was founded in 1904. The Vladimir Horowitz/Wanda Toscanini Horowitz Adoption Center is a no-kill shelter. Our on-site clinic and staff of skilled Veterinarians looks after the health and well-being of every animal here. We also have a great adoption matchmaking team who will gladly take your profile and match you or your pet with just the right cat or dog companion. We start the process once you have submitted an application to us.
