Leo is an intelligent and devoted German Shepherd mix looking for a special person to call his own. He’s deeply loyal and protective of the people he trusts, and he does best in a calm, structured home where he can feel safe and settled. Leo prefers to be the only animal in the household, though he handles himself well around most dogs in neutral settings. Because he’s not comfortable around young kids, he’s looking for an adult-only home where he can truly relax and be himself.
While Leo takes his role as a protector seriously, he also has a playful, goofy side. He loves a good game of fetch or tug and lights up when he’s having fun with his favorite person. His perfect day includes a little adventure, a walk or two, and plenty of time to chill close by.
Leo needs an experienced dog owner, someone who understands and respects the strong instincts of protective breeds. He’ll thrive with someone who can provide consistent structure, patient guidance, and a secure yard where he can enjoy his surroundings. Meet the Pet
Once application is received, we review the information and contact you with any questions and coordinate for you to meet the animal.
Approve Application
After you have met the pet and the application is approved, you will need to complete the Adoption Contract.
Sign Adoption Contract
Once the Adoption Contract is signed you will be able to take home your new pet!
Home Check
We reserve the right to do home visits and contact your current vet if applicable with final adoption contingent on results.
