My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Super gentle and loving feline wants a family.

Arimus showed up to our property needing to get out of the freezing cold temperatures during the polar vortex in 2021. He has never left and does not venture onto the neighbor's land. He has been neutered and vaccinated. He is very affectionate and wants to be in a lap cuddling with his human. He is very much an alpha cat and will not tolerate strays coming around his territory. We believe he would do well as an indoor/outdoor cat. We have never seen him prey on mice or birds. He has a very good appetite for all kinds of cat food, and so far is very healthy. We do not know how he would feel about living with dogs or small children.

More about this rescue

We TNR stray and feral cats in our area. We also house 41 cats on our property. 36 of them are waiting on a forever home. We want each cat to end up in a home where they can thrive and live out their design. We prefer experienced cat owners who are sensitive to the cat's needs and will be patient as they adjust to their new environment.
