Poor Benny was recently surrendered to The Fuzzy Pet Foundation - (TFPF) because his owner was "moving." She had purchased him from the mall a couple of years ago when he was sold as a Havanese puppy. Aside from sporadic haircuts, Benny's owner never took him to the vet for basic vaccines or a wellness exam.

Benny is understandably sad and confused, but he is safe with us. We've promised him a brighter future, and we'll make sure he goes to the best possible home!

Benny is sweet and calm, and he loves to wrap his paws around us to give hugs. He enjoys being held in our arms. He is always wagging his tail to greet people and other dogs. He does not have a single mean bone in his body! We feel he will thrive in a gentle, nurturing home without young, rambunctious kids.

Benny has a clean bill of health. He is now current on vaccines and labwork, and he recently underwent a neuter procedure. He weighs 14.52 pounds.
