Let’s show some underbite love to Butterbean and his teefs! This majestic chug (a pug/chihuahua mix) is two and a half years young, affectionate, and eager to please. His interests include playtime, toys, cuddling, snoozing next to his humans in the family bed, and engaging in, shall we say, a bit of exploration — as he is a master at jumping over dog gates and through fences. In order to curb his adventurous side, Butterbean’s ideal family will have a super duper securely fenced yard and at least one other playful pup to entice him to stay within the bounds of the family home. His ideal forever family will also be willing to continue his training (especially leash skills) and understand that he takes some time to feel comfortable with strangers; he can be a little shy at first, especially with men. Once he has warmed up, his foster family reports that he is quick to settle in (he’s especially sweet with children) and participate in family activities. In other words, Butterbean gives his humans the kind of love they can really sink their teefs into!
