ADOPTION PENDING

Hello, I’m Laly. I was abandoned with two other dogs and a thick tight rope around my neck. Needless to say, I was scared and weary when a good Samaritan picked me up, but since then, things have been getting better. Even though I’m still a bit frightened and a little overwhelmed with everything that’s been going on, I am friendly and like to please. I just need a bit more time, and lots of TLC, and I am sure to thrive. I don’t want to be picky but I really want a home that’s forever. Maybe with you?
