Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Petunia is looking for a new home! Petunia is an 8 year old declawed female. She was surrendered to Columbus Pet Rescue when her owner passed away. She's had some teeth removed due to dental issues, but has no trouble with dry or wet food, and it certainly doesn't affect her love of treats. Don't let her grumpy face fool you, Petunia may be a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she is a purring machine. She really enjoys getting pets and rubbing up against you, and just likes basking in your company. Although she is not a lap cat, she likes company. She's a great cat to sit with and read a book or watch your favorite show--if you can hear it over her loud purring. She takes a bit to warm up, but is worth the wait!
Adoption fee: $175 (Includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, worming, and FeLV/FIV test - over $350 worth of veterinary care!)
Go to www.ColumbusPetRescue.com to begin the adoption process today. We have invested time, money, and care into our feline friends and want to ensure they never have to be abandoned again. Click on "available pet" and scroll down to find the adoption application. After filling out an application, e-mail it to ColumbusPetRescue@gmail.com. We will process your information and check veterinary and other references. Finally you may be scheduled for a home visit to make sure the environment is perfect for your new family member. Once you are approved, the process is simple: choose your new cat, meet and greet him or her, and, if all goes well, you have yourself a new pet. (All cats will be spayed or neutered before going to their new home.) E-mail your application to ColumbusPetRescue@gmail.com today!
We only adopt within the state of Ohio.
