Meet Harmonica,
Harmonica ended up at Mesquite Animal Services as a stray with a dis-located left hip, this adorable and sweet girl was in a fix and needed some help. The wonderful team at Mesquite provided vet care but could not provide FHO surgery so then reached out to rescue to help this cutie pie get her surgery and recover in a warm loving foster home. Her foster mom saw her worried face and knew she had to help.
Harmonica is a stunning white and brown Pitbull Terrier mix that is 1 year old and weighs 32 pounds.
She is a sweet, affectionate, and playful girl that gets along with everyone, kids included, loves other dogs, and is nice to cats.
Harmonica is looking for a loving family that can provide lots of snuggles and cuddles and some limited exercise and crate rest for her hip/leg to recover.
The leg is non weight bearing but it doesn’t slow her down so she needs someone to lovingly monitor her activity and make sure she gets plenty of rest too!
She walks great on a leash and loves to go on car ride adventures, and sleeps with her favorite toy.
Harmonica is crate and house trained.
If you think you might be the family where this little girl would fit right in forever and you have time to take her to a few appointments on her road to recovery, please complete an application on our website and her foster mom will be in touch.
Harmonica is UTD on vaccinations and Micro Chipped.
She will be spayed once her hip is recovered and her leg is healed.
The spay and her leg treatment is fully covered by LHS.
