Marella is generally very gentle and loves to play. We joke that Marella's personality is 'ball'. She would happily carry her ball all day or play fetch/soccer for hours. She loves to find a spot on the cool hardwood or near her foster sister to relax. She loves her people and will follow them around the house or like to have them nearby when she relaxes. Marella checks in with her humans for affection and is a huge snuggle bug.

She's learning new commands everyday and she is eager to please. This will make training incredibly fun with her. Marella is living with another dog, and they've become great pals! They love to play together and wrestle. She would do well in a home with another dog. She has also tested well with cats but she does like to play, so a dog-savvy cat would be ideal. Although she has not met kids, we believe she'd do well in a family with kids as she is very gentle.
