Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Prada, a precious 10-year-old lady, arrived at the shelter on 5/20/23 when her owner sadly had to give her up. This sweet but timid senior deserves to spend her golden years in a loving home, not in a shelter. At a petite 16 pounds, she may be small in size, but her heart is filled with so much love to give.Prada is a well-mannered girl who knows the command to sit and happily obeys when asked. Prada's previous owner reported that she was good with kids and fully housebroken, making her an excellent companion for a family looking for a loyal and gentle friend. Although Prada is up to date on her vaccines, a heartworm test is still pending. Don't worry, the shelter will take care of it before she finds her forever home. While Prada hasn't been spayed yet, this procedure can be arranged by her new adopter through their trusted veterinarian. Additionally, Prada has been microchipped to ensure her safety and security. Let's give Prada the happy ending she deserves. She longs for a peaceful home where she can spend her days surrounded by love and affection. If you are ready to open your heart and provide a safe haven for this sweet senior, please consider adopting Prada (ID: 644963, Run#: 517). Your love and care will make a world of difference in her life, and you'll gain a devoted and grateful companion in return.
Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this pet came in as lost (not an owner surrender), we don't know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER - names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.
This beautiful baby and many others are available for adoption from the Cobb County Animal Shelter 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, call (770) 499-4136 for more information. Shelter hours are: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by appointment only until further notice, CLOSED Mondays & Holidays.
