Meet Meeps!

This big cuddle bug is very calm and loves to curl up right next to you with his head peeking out of the blanket. (So cute!) Meeps will even follow you around waiting for you to sit down so he can claim a spot beside you.

When he is not snoozing, you can find this lovely boy playing. Whether it’s playing around with any random toy or a crumpled-up piece of paper, he truly is a playful guy! He especially loves laser pointers and anything that crinkles!

Most importantly, though, Meeps loves his pets. Don’t be confused though because Meeps can be very slow to get settled in, but once he realizes that you are willing to love on him he warms up very fast! Meeps will do well with children of all ages that can lovingly and respectfully interact with him. He does currently hang out with a few other cats in his foster home. He doesn't hang out with them, but as long as they give him his space, he's decided he can tolerate them.

It is vital to know that if you are looking to adopt Mr. Meeps, he will need a prescription diet and would thrive best in a quiet household. Meep's is on Savage cat raw duck food and will need an adopter that is willing to continue this diet as it keeps his blood sugar in control. No need to fret though, he will return the favor by showering you with his adoration!

This handsome fella may sometimes come off as quiet and sometimes shy, but he is truly such a wonderful presence to have in your home.

You will be emailed a link to our online adoption contract. Simply fill it out online to transfer ownership from the rescue to you!

Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent. We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family.

Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten.

Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies.

Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age. We are able to PayPal or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
