Mikey is a Bulldog/Boxer mix (according to the vet). DOB: 8/27/22. He is a very sweet, loving dog and loves to play with other dogs. He loves to walk and enjoys being stroked and messaged. He will probably gain a little more weight but not much. He is expected to be about 45# when grown. With this breed of dog, you have to keep in mind that their muscles are VERY dense and weigh more than most other dogs. He is 17” tall … 22” long…not very tall.

Mikey is crate trained and does well in the crated for a few hours and then I take him outside to play and potty. Mikey has the energy of a puppy but when he goes to his crate he quickly goes to sleep. He loves having cool air from a fan put on me and loves relaxing music. He does well riding in a vehicle. The rain doesn't bother him. He has only come across cats on his walks and he is curious but doesn't show signs of wanting to eat them... :) He is well-behaved and is the center of attention wherever he goes.

Mikey is great for a loving family or mature couple. Bulldogs are stubborn and not always best for younger children. Would not recommend children under 12. He has a puppy energy level so he is not recommended for apartments… a tired dog is a sleepy dog…that does not get into trouble.

This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention.

Adoption Fees
The adoption fee includes transportation to the NE. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting.

All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog.
