Hi everyone!!! I’m Mama! I’m a Jack Russell Terrier (JRT) mix, weigh 14 lbs., and am around 1 ½ years old. I pack a TON of energy into my pint-size frame. I need a great deal of daily activity (play, walks, jogs, etc.) to help keep me healthy and on my best behavior. Like most JRTs, I am bold and adventurous, which means I’m also prone to escaping, so I’d do best in a secure home where I don’t get the opportunity to run away (fenced yard, no doors left open, etc.). I’m spunky and a little stubborn, too, so when I get a hold of a favorite food or toy, I don’t want to give it up. I am very proud to say that I am both pee-pad trained and crate-trained, so you can feel comfortable leaving me alone for short periods of time. I'm picky about other dogs, but I would be okay with a playful, easygoing kitty friend. I have spent time around older children; I would be okay in home with older children who understand my boundaries when it comes to resource guarding.
