Despite this, there’s nothing more Neil loves than to be brushed and massaged by his humans. He is an easygoing, quiet and mellow soul who wants nothing more than to spend his time in your company. That said, he’ll definitely meow to let you know when he’s in the mood for a tasty treat or some attention! Neil recently underwent surgery to remove a long-term hernia, so his adoption fee is slightly higher to cover the costs of his procedure.
