Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Charlie (the Blue Merle) is a 2 1/2 year old purebred aussie with a tail and weighs 52 pounds. He is needing a new home due to his owner’s work schedule and would do best with family that can provide him with plenty of exercise, love, and attention. He is very friendly and loves to be around his people. He also likes to play with other dogs and frequents the dog park as well as goes to daycare 1-2 days a week. He is working on not jumping up when greeting people as well as better leash manners. He has not had any experience living with children or other animals but has never shown aggression. He is crate trained, house trained and knows basic obedience. He loves to be outside, play in the water and be chased around the house with a toy in his mouth. He will be greatly missed by his current family!
Characteristics: friendly, playful, smart, athletic
Coat length: medium
Health: vaccinations up to date, neutered, micro chipped.
Charlie is being fostered by his owner in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
All of our dogs live in foster homes with volunteers. We need an approved application on file to set up a meeting with a dog you might be interested in. You can find our application at www.aussierescuemn.com All dogs have an adoption fee of $300 plus MN sales tax. We pride ourselves on matches that are awesome for both the dog and your family.
