Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Found as a "stray", running the streets of Stockton, Rolfie was picked up by Animal Control on April 11. He was not microchipped and his owners never called or came into the shelter to reclaim him.
Although Rolfie was in the shelter for over a month, friendly and happy easily sums up this handsome lad. He appears to be crate trained and housebroken. He loves being able to run, play, and stretch his legs in his foster home AND he appears to love playing with his foster sister, Heidi.
He takes correction well, knows the command "sit", and has great eye contact. He isn't really food/treat motivated but is very respectful when accepting treats. Rolfie gets a little excited and will jump on a person, which his foster mom is working on. He would do best in a home with a larger breed dog that can match his energy and playfulness.
More information, pictures, and videos will be made available as we get to know this handsome lad better.
