My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sammy: I’m a very sweet chill boy. But I do protect my family. So with ”intruders” I will go after them and bite. So I do need more socialization. Other than that I’m pretty perfect. I love my brother Queso and take great care of him looking out for him. But sometimes I get frustrated being his caretaker and attack him. So it has been decided by our rescue to be adopted separately. I need to be in a home as alpha dog. Or can be an only dog. I just want lots of attention and exercise. I love stroller rides as you can see. I pretty much love everything. I used to be afraid of the fireplace but I have conquered that fear. I do have to be watched because I love to find holes in the fence to run off. So I must be leashed or fully supervised outside. I’m a curious boy. I’m a great traveler and love car rides. I’m also very sweet and love cuddles and attention.

He will only be adopted with special paperwork that he will NOT be euthanized for any reason and I must be contacted in any vet appointments that aren’t basic vet care. We always will take our rescues back. He is also available to foster. And foster to adopt. You can also message me with any questions and interest. He will need a special caring adopter and whoever it is will be sooo lucky! He is 3 years old.
