If you love interesting-looking dogs with mismatched-colored eyes, then check out Mike, a uniquely stunning 2-year old, 45-pound Catahoula Leopard dog/Australian Shepherd mix who will absolutely wow you with his tenderness and charm.
Mike is timid around unfamiliar humans, but once he knows you and/or deems it safe, he’s a big softy whose tail will wag and face will light up. He’s just a bit of a scaredy-cat initially. Same thing with dogs. He adores other dogs his size or smaller, but he has to know they’re gonna be cool with him first. Hey, Mike is not a risk taker and nor is he one of those rough-housing types. It’s totally understandable, Mike…you’re just a sweet gentle giant!
Housebroken and very respectful in the home, Mike knows where and when to do his business and he doesn’t steal food, eat garbage, or get into mischief of any kind. He loves the outdoors and he enjoys taking walks. He’s doing well on a leash and is making improvements every day.
Mike has the ideal amount of energy. His activity meter is set pretty much smack-dab in the middle, where he can be all playful and silly at times, but then settle down and wanna chill out at other times. He is obsessed with toys and can turn anything into a fun game. And when it’s time to konk out, this boy sleeps like a zombie!
Exceedingly affectionate and snuggly, Mike is obsessed with belly scratches and being pet all over. This sweet sensitive goofball seeks acceptance and lives for love. Mike deserves to find forever human(s) who will love and cherish him, and treat him like the beloved pet he was always meant to be. He is sooo worth it!
