Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gomez is a handsome one-year old male kitty who was surrendered by his owner on May 20, 2023 along with his brother (Pugsley), an adult female cat Morticia (who could possibly be his mother), and a young female kitten (Wednesday).
Gomez has black medium-haired coat with a small patch of white on his chest, a long fluffy tail, and an adorable chubby face with dark golden eyes, a black velvet nose, and long black whiskers.
Gomez has a sweet, easygoing personality. He and his brother Pugsley are sharing a large double-wide cage and are very bonded with each other.
Gomez was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on May 24, 2023. He weighed 6.6 lbs that day.
Gomez was taken to be neutered on May 30, 2023 but did not have surgery because he was diagnosed with a 'kitty cold' (upper respiratory infection). He was given a regimen of antibiotics to make him feel better. So Gomez will be rescheduled for his neuter procedure in a few more weeks, and he will be available for adoption at that time.
Naturally we'd love for Gomez and Pugsley to find a home together either through adoption or rescue.
Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
UPDATE: Gomez was neutered on June 20, 2023 and was also given rabies vaccine.
