My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rita, a young feline who radiates sweetness and friendliness. Her curiosity is contagious, and she's bound to bring a chuckle to your day with her funny antics. Playful as they come, Rita loves nothing more than a good game of chase with her sister, Harley. The bond they share is heartwarming, a testament to their affectionate natures. Rita's delightful personality is sure to bring joy and laughter into any home. Why should Rita be adopted? Because her playful spirit and loving nature promise to make every day brighter, and she's ready to share her heart with a family who'll cherish her as much as she does them. * Rita and Harley need a home with an experienced cat person*

Please come see her and the other cats that are available at the PetSmart store in The District Shopping Center in Tustin (2237 Park Avenue). Adoptions are by Appointment and on Saturdays from 1-3pm. She needs to be adopted with one of her siblings or another young kitten. She is 3.5 months old.

You can get pre-approved for your adoption! Just visit our website and submit your application online: http://www.oc-arc.com/adoptions/how-to-adopt/

When you choose to adopt one of OCARC's animals, the adoption donation is $175. Each of our cats and kittens has been:

- Microchipped
- Spayed or neutered
- Tested for FeLV (Feline Leukemia)
- Tested for FIV (Feline Aids)
- De-flead (topical Revolution or Advantage)
- De-wormed (tape and round worms)
- Given their first FVRCP vaccination:

We keep all our kitties current on their FVRCP vaccines so depending on the age of the kitty when you adopt him or her and how long we've had the kitty, the vaccine series may be complete. If not, you as the adopter will be responsible for any further vaccinations in the series.

- Rabies Vaccination when age appropriate

These services would usually cost more than $500. Of course, an adoption donation of more than $175 is always welcome, since we often provide additional medical care such as x-rays, blood panels, treatment for ears, eyes, upper respiratory infections and viruses.
