Toby is being fostered in Mississauga, Ontario
This handsome boy was found as a stray dragging a long chain and saved by a rescue in Costa Rica. The rescue tried to find his owner but had no luck.
Toby is a 3 year old, poodle/Airedale mix, male, friendly, good with dogs, ignored cats, and simply needs a forever home. He is utd on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, Snap 4Dx negative, blood work done, teeth done if needed, and dewormed.
