START was called to a local yard where a mother cat had given birth to six little ones. A very wise mom had made herself comfortable in a screened in porch. We brought the family in to safety and watched the kittens thrive. Born on March 7, 2023, Doyle is a beautiful brown tiger girl. Though still a youngster, Doyle has a very calming nature. She gets along well with other cats but just loves to relax in her cat tower. She would do great in a quiet home with a feline friend.
Doyle is vaccinated, altered, FeLV/FIV tested negative and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting this pet, you can start the process and access our pre-adoption application which is located on our website at www.startpets.net, click on Pets for Adoption then application; complete the form, and submit/send. We can also be reached at 973-785-1245 or email us at info@startpets.net. All Pets are adopted within a 50 mile radius of Little Falls, NJ. Please remember out of state adoptions require additional time for approval; you must be 21 years or older to adopt; an application does not guarantee an adoption; not all animals on our website come to all adoption days.

Save The Animals Rescue Team, (S.T.A.R.T.) is a non-profit humane organization, founded by Annette Lamberti, that rescues stray, abandoned, injured, and abused kittens & cats. The animals rescued are examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and placed in one of our volunteer foster homes. Since S.T.A.R.T. does not have a shelter facility, these animals remain in our foster care until they are adopted. So many of these unfortunate animals are victims of pet overpopulation, therefore, this life-saving work is critical!!
It is our mission to prevent cruelty, promote spay/neuter, and to encourage awareness through education, while also teaching respect for all animals and the environment they live in. S.T.A.R.T. is a 501 (c)(3) private non-profit organization relying on and supported by tax-deductible donations, grants and group fund raising.
