Blue is a 2-year-old female terrier mix who was rescued from an unfortunate and challenging situation. We are happy she is in a safe environment now, starting to socialize properly and warm up to staff and volunteers. She is certainly shy and uncertain in the kennel, still learning to trust people, and as a result we have not gotten to see her full personality come out yet. However, Blue has been friendly with the staff and volunteers, not avoiding human contact and attention. In fact, as she gets to experience loving attention from people for maybe the first time, it seems like she wants it more and more. One thing that stands out about Blue is how pretty her eyes are, with one being brown and the other being a crystal blue color. After having a rough start to her life, Blue is now on the way to becoming a happy, healthy best friend, and you and your family could be a part of that story!
