Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there, my name is Tinkerbell and I am a 3-year-old Corgi/Terrier mix, about 20 lbs, and I was one of several dogs dumped by a shady dog rescue at a boarding facility in Texas and left there for a year and a half before we were finally abandoned there. That’s right. What a crime. I was only 18 months old when the rescue rescued me, and I’m sure if they had posted me I would have found a forever family right away!
I am an easygoing gal, friendly with everyone, a bit shy at first meeting but always willing to get some pets and doggy treats. I warm up very fast and my tail wags happily when I get attention. I like to cuddle and be carried around like a baby. I don’t bark and I get along with all the doggies, maybe not the really pushy jumpy kind, they annoy me because I am a quiet lady. I love to go on walks, and I am pretty good on a leash, pull a little bit, but I am happy to learn. I am completely housebroken, already spayed and vaccinated, and ready to be adopted, and now that 4 Little Paws Rescue has heard about my plight, here I am… ready, willing, and dreaming about the day my life will finally change!
I just moved to Connecticut last week, so right now I am hanging out at my new foster home, having fun making new human and doggy friends. I fit right in and am up for anything. I go along with our little doggie pack when we run around the yard, go on walks, play with toys (love toys!), or veg on the couch and watch TV. I follow my foster mom and dad everywhere around the house, I am always curious what they are doing. I am not pushy for attention, just want them to know that I am there, and I like them. My foster mom says I’m a sweetheart, so please stop by and meet me in person, but be prepared to fall in love and take me home!

The dog you have applied for may already be adopted or in the process of being adopted. We encourage you to send us an email with your #1, #2, and #3 choice, and we will be happy to help you find a pup to complete your family! Also, please continue watching our listings as we post new dogs multiple times a week. There is no need to fill out another application, just let us know what other dogs you are interested in as they come up.
