Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mandy was surrendered to our center with 4 other cats. The person who the 5 cats belonged to said that they originally had 20 cats, and these were the last ones remaining that they could not find a home for. Mandy was surrendered while pregnant! She came in during the very late stages and recently had her litter in center. She is a very good mom to them, but we know once they have weened, that she will want a space of her own. She is a very loving girl, but she needs some nurturing for herself!

Famous Fido was founded by Gloria Lissner who has been independently rescuing dogs from the death rows of kill shelters since 1975. She officially opened Famous Fido Rescue & Adoption Alliance in July 2010. All our dogs recieve the necessary vet care and treatment is never refused. Famous Fido has developed a full merchandise line, starting with our all natural dog treats to support our rescue efforts. Our products are available for purchase on our website. The mission of FFRAA is to form an alliance with similar organizations to increase community awareness, public consciences and create a No Kill Nation.
