Hey there, my name is Happy and boy am I!!

Of course, I wasn't happy before I got here to Lucies. I either must have been dumped or I got separated from my mommy. I cried and cried and she must not have heard me :(

I got picked up by the police and no one claimed me. You know what that means...I was going to be schedule to be put down. Good thing the local PD is in cahoots with Lucies. ;)

So that's how I ended up here. The problem is, I am much smaller than the other doggies here, so they are having problems finding a safe place to keep me where I can't get out or get hurt by bigger dogs.

It sure would be cool if I had my own family to live with and play with. I have made a few friends here, but everybody needs their own family, right??
