My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***PLEASE NOTE, EMAILS FROM THE SITE EXPRESSING YOUR INTEREST IN ADOPTING WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING, PLEASE REVIEW OUR ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS AND COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE TO BEGIN THE PROCESS. ONLY APPROVED ADOPTERS MAY MEET THE AVAILABLE DOGS IN THE GSRNJ PROGRAM - WWW.GSRNJ.ORG***

If you are looking for an energetic and playful pup to call your new best friend, then come and meet our little Miss Lee! Lee was found as a stray with her mother Sara and picked up by the Plainfield Animal shelter. Since being in our care, both of these girls have been receiving a lot of TLC from the GSRNJ volunteers!

Lee does very well on pack walks with her mom and other dogs. Meet and greets will be necessary for any applicant that has a dog in the home. She has never been exposed to cats so we recommend a home with no cats at this time. We also recommend a home with children 7 and up.

She never gives up an opportunity to play with a ball or frisbee or tug toy. She is still very young so everything is a new adventure for her! But she is very eager to learn and wants to please.

Lee has been medically cleared and will need to be spayed prior to adoption. We are currently looking for a foster home or a foster to adopt home to facilitate this. Lee will not be placed into any home that has an unaltered male dog. If you think Lee is a good fit for your home, then please fill out an application today!
