Mercedes was born on April 2023. She is a female, dilute calico who is absolutely beautiful. Since she tested positive for FeLV, she needs to be the only cat in the house, but can perfectly live with dogs. Unfortunately she has been overlooked by the public and growing up inside a crate. Cats can also test positive for FeLV at first but end up fighting off the virus, which means a possibility to become FeLV-free and will test negative later .

She urgently needs a foster or forever family, so she can have space to play and dedicate all her love to someone. Once she gets out of the rescue, she will be your lap cat forever. she will put up a storm and be your shadow following you all around the house. Please come and rescue this kitten and give her a wonderful life for the rest of her life.

Many factors determine which applicant will be matched with a particular pet. If you are not able to adopt a pet today, it does not mean that you are not considered a good pet owner or that your home is not acceptable. Our goal is to place all animals into homes that will best suit their individual needs and personality. We will get back with you as soon as possible. Most of our staff are volunteers
