Meet Chipper, he is a one year old Terrier mix weighing about 35 lbs. Chipper will need a a human that can be patient with him. He needs security in both the physical and the emotional sense. When frightened he can be inclined to run, so it's important that he have a secure and tall (6 feet) fenced yard to play. As you can see from his pictures he's playful and fun. He gets along well with other dogs. He wants to cuddle and be loved but will need someone willing to take some extra time to learn to walk on a leash and learn obedience. For that person willing to take the time to make Chipper a member of the family.
