Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome 7 ish year old boy was abandoned in a vacant house with another dog, without food or water.

Thankfully, a kind hearted foster opened her heart and home to give him a second chance. He is now ready to find his forever family.

Louie can be a bit of a fake senior, as he is excited to go on adventures. He doesn’t mind being the doormat in a dog/dog relationship, so he would be fine with a bossy or submissive dog friend. Easy peasy!

Noah's Ark Rescue Project and Sanctuary (NARPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization which is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need, as well as educating the public on important issues, and implementing low cost vaccination and sterilization clinics. Our goal is to address vital contributing factors which lead to the overpopulation of domesticated pets. Overbreeding and overpopulation directly affects the number of animals who find themselves in shelters and in need of rescuing. NARPS is currently operating mainly as a foster based program, with ambitions to eventually have a facility to house for our rescues. We are not a breed or species specific rescue, At NARPS, big & small, hooves & paws, we rescue them all!
