Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful 9 year old girl was abandoned in a vacant house with another dog, without food or water.

Thankfully, a kind hearted foster opened her heart and home to give her a second chance. She is now ready to find her forever family.

Lucie is tiny but mighty with a larger than life personality! She prefers to be the boss of other dogs, so she would do best with a calm and submissive dog sibling!

This girl will keep you laughing during the best years of her life… and she is willing to give them to you.

Noah's Ark Rescue Project and Sanctuary (NARPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization which is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need, as well as educating the public on important issues, and implementing low cost vaccination and sterilization clinics. Our goal is to address vital contributing factors which lead to the overpopulation of domesticated pets. Overbreeding and overpopulation directly affects the number of animals who find themselves in shelters and in need of rescuing. NARPS is currently operating mainly as a foster based program, with ambitions to eventually have a facility to house for our rescues. We are not a breed or species specific rescue, At NARPS, big & small, hooves & paws, we rescue them all!
