My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

10/2/2025 update:
Meet Stacy – The Brave Squirrel Slayer in Training!
Stacy is a 2-year-old, 65-pound bundle of joy who is equal parts playful adventurer and snuggly cuddle bug. She’s on a very important mission in life: to defend her future family from the neighborhood squirrels (her sworn arch-nemesis
When she’s not patrolling for squirrels, Stacy is happiest splashing in water, soaking up tummy scratches, or stretching out for big cuddles on the couch. She’s a great walker, loves car rides, and is a pro at making friends with people and kids. She does well with most dogs too—she just prefers slow introductions to make sure everyone vibes.
Stacy’s Highlights:
    •    Water-loving goofball
    •    Loads into the car like a champ
    •    Great with kids & people
    •    Dog-friendly (with patient intros)
    •    Crate trained (…probably it’s been a while)
    •    Perfect adventure buddy for an active person
    •    BIG snuggler and tummy-scratch enthusiast
All Stacy asks is that her future family understands she takes her “no squirrels allowed” household policy very seriously. Other than that, she’s ready to bring her loyalty, laughter, and love to her forever home!

6/25-Looking for a River buddy during these hot summer days? Stacy is your girl. She’s about 7 months and 34lbs. Stacy loves to play with water and go on walks. She’s always super excited to meet new people.
