This is Bertha. She is 3 years old. She has hip displasia and arthritis in her knees. Right now she isn’t in any kind of pain but her quality of life is expected to worsen with her condition. To create longevity in her health, it’s best to get her on a nutritional diet supporting joint & bone health. But when I say this doesn’t affect her in the slightest I mean it. She likes to play just like any other dog. So, it would be up to you to limit her physical activities & duration because she will push herself beyond what her body can do. This girl is full of love and does very well with other dogs. She is so affectionate and sweet! She is completely house/crate trained (I will happily give you her orthopedic dog bed, crate and toys!) and she even knows a few tricks! There’s something special about Bertha.
