Roscoe is a Chihuahua with the typical snarky Chihuahua attitude. He takes time to warm up to new people, but once he does warm up, he will let you hold him like a baby and love on him. However, be advised this process won't happen the first day, or maybe not the first week. You will need to let him come to you when he decides he's good and ready.
Roscoe weighs in at about 4.4 pounds. He is about a year and a half old. He needs a securely fenced yard and does not walk well on a leash! He is okay with other dogs but has not been cat tested. Due to his nature, he is not recommended for a home with children.
He is fully vaccinated with a microchip and has been neutered.
