Happy, wiggly, and social is his trademark!
Our almost 4 months old Cooper (born March 2023), came to us from our rescue partner who saved him from a puppy mill in Ohio. He is your typical wiggly puppy who was way too skinny, malnourished and in need of some TLC. Now he is plumping up with his three meals a day and lots of training treats. Housebreaking has been going very well and we expect this baby not to have any accidents as long as he is given lots of supervision. And those times when no one is around to keep an eye on him, he happily goes into his crate and will even go into his crate on his own just for some quiet time. Cooper did not know anything about toys but now has a basketful that he shares with his foster canine sister. He has learned to fetch and is so proud to bring the ball back to you. He is getting lots of socialization from the neighbors who come to visit, because who can resist a Golden Retriever puppy? He is also meeting neighbor dogs who come over to our safe puppy environment for fun and experience. Cooper has two more rounds of vaccinations and has done well with his previous ones. Cooper will need a home that will promise to keep up with his lessons, socialization and positive experiences so he can grow into a well-rounded, confident, happy fellow.
