Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Johnny is a delightful 4-month old, 8-pound Pug/Weenie mix puppy. (We’re not sure what type of Weenie, we just know we see Weenie in the length and the short legs. The pug part is obvious.) Our best guess is he’ll be 12 pounds fully grown. (He looks bigger in the pix than he actually is.)
Johnny loves people, but he takes a second to warm up to strangers. He loves small dogs and gets along fine with cats. The last photo shows him with his sister June, in case you were wanting to adopt TWO Pug/Weenies! They adore each other and play well together.
Johnny’s favorite toys are the other dogs in his foster home. He happily plays with all of them—I’m chasing you! No, you’re chasing me! Zoom zoom zoom! He is also very fond of fuzzy squeaky toys.
Johnny is still a puppy but is making good progress on his manners. He is potty pad-trained, and his housetraining is in progress. He loves walks and car rides. He is not a destructive puppy—he’s happy chewing on his toys. He’s not a barky dog.
Johnny is an affectionate boy and loves to be cuddled. He is also a bit kissy and will happily kiss you every time he sees you.
He would very much like another dog his size and age to play with. Johnny would be happy in a house or an apartment, but he would prefer a slightly quieter home. He would do well with older children.
Johnny’s adoption fee is $275 and includes neuter, all shots & microchip. He is heartworm-negative and is on heartworm prevention.
