Meet your real life lady and the tramp, Dukester and Audrey. They came into an overflowing shelter and were distraught about being separated, so we knew they needed to come to a foster home as a package deal. As more senior dogs, they are shoe ins for the senior superlative “Adopt a Pit’s Cutest Couple 2023”

Duke is a 7 year old 65lb shepherd mix who loves to sniff every step of the way on a walk and soak up the sunshine while lounging in the yard. Audrey is a 6 year old 55lb collie mix who is always ready to greet you with wagging tail, looking for some ear scritches. She is sweet and calm, but also loves to romp around the yard with Duke.

These two have been vetted but are preparing for heartworm treatment and will require two additional vet visits, covered by Adopt a Pit, to complete their treatment and get a clean bill of health. They are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, neutered and spayed, and microchipped. Adoption fee is $400.
