My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zephyr is a 3 year old 54 pound Husky/German shepherd mix! He was scheduled to be euthanized July 3rd, but he got to walk out of those gates in the morning before they had the chance! He’s a VERY fluffy boy who sheds quite a bit during the summer. He loves playing with his foster moms other dog, who is about 10 pounds smaller than him. During play time, Zephyr is surprisingly submissive. Like your typical husky, he will need an active lifestyle with a big backyard he can run in and someone who can give him a good amount of exercise. He is pretty quiet, but isn’t afraid to ask for some love when he needs it. Zephyr would enjoy having a home with a playful sibling, 2 or 4 legged. If anyone who understands huskies would want to give this amazing lover boy a good active home, please contact us!
