TIBBS came from a home needing to reduce its cat numbers. He was indoors-only. This guy is very sweet and quiet, and has made great strides with his confidence level. Now he'll venture out and wants attention from volunteers. He really is a good cat, he just needs a patient owner. It will be worth it! The standard adoption fee is $100 cash or $105 debit/credit. This includes feline testing, vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro-chipping and de-worming.
