My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sprocket is the very definition of a sweetheart! He is exceedingly tolerant and gentle and makes a great companion to just hang out with you. It is hard to fathom he is about 8 month old and so calm but there you have it. We even checked his batteries and they are still charged but they may be the cheap kind.😁 He likes to snuggle up for loving and kisses.

Sprocket is probably a pure Bluetick Coonhound or a mix. A DNA would be interesting just due to his energy level is so different. He is a small-medium size dog. If you like the look of a Coonhound but without the energy then look no more. Though super easy to handle he still has those hound genes and his nose is not only good but it rules when he is sniffing around; once he is "working" he may not come when you call so he needs to be walked on leash mostly. But for now we have had no issues with him off leash and has great recall. So time will tell.

Sprocket is great with other dogs, cats, and kids. In fact he handles even the irritating dogs quite well as he usually just "turns his other cheek" and waits for them to remember their manners.

Sprocket does well in a crate, on leash if he doesn't puts his mind to sniffing or finding food, and rides well in a car. He is over all an amazing boy. We haven't heard him bark; he is super quiet.
