My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi. My name is Maverick and I am a sweet boy that needs to find a new place to live. I am approx. 2 years old and weigh 35 lbs. I was rescued from a shelter in Tennessee and arrived at Penny Angels on July 1. (Bandit and Rosie hitched a ride to NJ as well and will both be looking for their new homes.) I get along fine with other dogs. I am a little bit on the shy side so keep that in mind if you live in a noisy or active environment. I am using a doggie door in Rescue and will need to learn new rules in your home. Would your home be a good fit for me?

If you are interested in adopting Maverick, please fill out an application and submit it to Penny Angels Beagle Rescue. His adoption fee is $225, cash or check. The application is available at www.pennyangelsbeaglerescue.com. If your application is approved, you will be contacted by email or phone and then will complete the adoption process at PetSmart in Mays Landing, NJ on Saturday between 11-2 pm.
