My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bells is a senior 2 pound Yorkie female being fostered in Georgetown, TX. Bells and Bitsy must be adopted together. Only Texas applicants will be considered.
Bells is the most adorable lovable 2 lb senior Yorkie who just came to UYR along with her best friend Bitsy. Even though she is a senior Yorkie (we believe around 12) she is with it!! She appears to be healthy now after her recent vetting. She is so tiny and has the cutest bark and when foster mom says want to go outside? or are you hungry? she and Bitsy start spinning around barking and barking with so much excitement. She follows foster mom everywhere, barks until she is picked up and snuggled, and wants to be with her humans 24/7. She melts your heart when she snuggles up to your neck and wants so much cuddling and love.

Bells was recently surrendered along with Bitsy due to a loss of the owner. We don't know exactly all the circumstances, but could see they weren't well cared for and neglected, so we immediately took them into our rescue. We do know they were left alone in a crate for long periods of time, so the perfect home would be a family who is home and has the time to spend loving and giving them the attention and cuddles they crave. Bells loves to go outside and gets along with all dogs of all sizes. Noises, sounds and new surroundings don't phase her. She just wants to be carried around and loved. Bells and Bitsy are best friends and absolutely love each other so they will need to be best friends for ever. Both girls will just touch your heart.
