My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dalia is a one-year old, 40 lbs red hound mix.  She is very sweet and curious.  She is good with other dogs and all people.  (She will chase cats - not aggressively but annoyingly so we recommend a cat-free home). She is good in the car and likes to go on walks.  Dalia has had a hard life - she was shot in the face, side and foot (her owner was trying to kill her) Remarkably, she survived and will be just fine.  If ever a dog deserved a second chance, it's this girl.

More about this rescue

Knine Rescue is a small non-profit 501(c)3 organization, dedicated to animal care and protection. We assist shelters and other rescues (both in our area and out of our area alike), and take on word of mouth tasks. Our goal is to promote responsible animal ownership and to assume those responsibilities when others are unwilling or unable to do so. We are a virtual facility of volunteers.
