My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Pepper. You can call me Mini Pepper, Sweet Pepper and formerly Mama Pepper, just as long as you call me for dinner.

I am approximately 1 1/2 years old and I am as playful as a kitten. Since coming to my new foster home, I have discovered zoomies, toys, boxes and so much more.

I don't mind my foster brothers and sisters, I am just too busy exploring to play. While I am on the tiny side, I do let my voice be heard especially when I feel I need your urgent attention. I'm well mannered even though I'm young. I am not a lap cat (yet!) but I do like being petted, you can pick me up for a few minutes, I do like  to cuddle and will purr loudly when you scratch behind my ears.

If you're looking for a cute house panther with exotic ears I'd love to meet you too.

More about this rescue

Mission Statement: The Cat Network is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit, 501(c) (3), no-kill and life-enhancing cat rescue group. Since 1991, we have rescued and placed thousands of abandoned, abused, stray and shelter cats and kittens in St. Louis, Missouri and surrounding areas. After their rescue, the cats and kittens are provided medical care, tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, micro-chipped and spayed or neutered. Cats and kittens are kept in foster care and then placed in loving permanent homes whenever possible.
